Being thrown into eLearning with limited or no preparation is a challenge but most learners and educators are getting through it. One thing I would like to discuss is the disparity between the requirements of online vs face-to-face instruction. There is potential for technology to transform how we learn in the 21st century but we cannot retro-fit in-class teaching to online learning, it doesn’t WORK.
